As the title states, if a report for a scammer gets banned, The reporter Should be able to get their items back. For example A person named "Null" Scams a person named "Null1" And Null1 Reports Null For scamming. Let's say @rachetclanks Bans Null. The Staff should have a warp that only Allows staff to go to and In that area, They can: Being able to Give/Take Balances (Only being able to take when the reported player Is banned) Have Access to /give The staff do not have perms to do any of these things to themselves, Or Other staff members. If the staff Abuse these perms somehow abuse these perms, And get caught, they will Be demoted on: That gamemode The server Globally This suggestion is just for people who have lost items due to scammers. No Support at all, Moderators could easily be abusing this power in 5 seconds. If there was an abusive Moderator they could do /give UncleUrnesto 1000000 diamonds. Someone already suggested an idea if someone scams them all of their items would be taken away etc.
