You could get a Mod or Admin to check your command logs, it might not be %100 but CoreProtect cmd logs would(probably) show you doing a command for your warp, then again, this would take a while, using the process of elimination though, it can be done if you're patient, just tag/pm a staff member, and they'll try to help. Or you can check your own chat logs

 

Chat logs only go up about 2 pages of console chat, MV servers have a relatively decent amount of chat, but it might've gotten lost by this point, if you can, find it, if not, just try the method above.

 

Can't you find all of it in .minecraft folder?

Ah, I clear up things like that every so often, might be why

 

Have a staff member do /warplist (user) I think that'll work

 

If you don't want your warps anymore, do /clearwarps <username>

 

/playerwarps (urname)
