Preface of my Idea: Aio, This idea is very quick and easy, This idea will work to get Scammers Banned For EVER, They will have to be pretty sure before scamming someone, Because its very annoying when someone scam you and you can't do anything. How this Idea will Work? First of all, This idea will only work on High Scams ( Money and OP Stuff ) Ill give the Example with KitPVP: Someone scam me 1k (1.000$ money) or P4 Unbreaking 3 (Op Stuff in a point of view for Kit) If you want to use this system you have to have Proofs of the scam, This mean you will have to Record or Screenshot the scam, Then you can ban the scammer. How i have to Ban the Scammer? The only thing you don't have to Forget is telling him to say this before any Deal, "If i scam i will be Perm Banned". You have to screenshot or Record that phrase to ban the guy, If the guy that you think want to "Scam you" Don't want to say that, Don't MAKE A DEAL. Doing this im pretty sure you will make lower your chances to be Scammed, Mods have to Ban the Scammer and at least dont UnBan them for almost 2 Months. Using this way of Scammers Baning, and making this system useful, Persons will have to be sure before any scam. Lets make punishments real for the Scammers. If they are not going to give back the stuff, at least they have to wait a long time! What will happen if the Scammer get UnBanned? Im using that way because, There is a problem with reseting balances, so i don't think Permbanned but like i wrote, 2 months or something like a punishment to dont do it again and not just a Ban Appeal and unban in a week. Thats what i wanted to say there.
Alright time to put my big opinion about this. Frankly no one on MV except Moderators are going to get the Perm /ban weather or not a chat phrase is said as it's can be used abusively and etc. You say " New Scamers Baning System " aka " New Scammers Banning System" This is the same system that has been in placed forever, Scammers are being banned and will be banned. Now the whole 2 month or forever deal is a bit extreme in a manner. There is many cons and pros to it. Now I understand after 1 time being banned for Scamming that they shouldn't come back but this isn't where they scammed actual items, actual money in real life, but since this is a game it's taken much more lightly since there is those situations. If they banned the Scammer then they have the right to appeal, all Staff give that player 24 hours till they respond as that's the normal amount of time so the player involved basically learned there lesson. For Scammers I would increase the time to 72 hours wait time till they get a response from said Moderator. As this shouldn't be taken lightly. The reason for increased time is due to the fact Moderators/Staff are not going to be refunding the items to the person who got scammed as it can be easily abused to get more items and etc. So having a longer ban time for one makes the perpetrator understand that they shouldn't scam again unless they want to be banned and since this is a serious deal that needs to be dealt with. If the fail to comply and scam again then they should be fully perm banned from the server they got banned on, though they will not be globally banned but they will understand if they scam on another said sub server then will get banned permanently instead of waiting 72 hours as the Moderators should understand his history and that it shouldn't be taken lightly after that. Also it won't be just for High Scams it would be for the Lower Scams as well as any type of scamming is disallowed within Mineverse and shouldn't be taken lightly. So do I support your system, not entirely but I support what I said 100%

IJoacok, a lot of people get scammed yet you only get butthurt when you get scammed? It is pretty obvious if someone is going to scam. People's balances should be reset, but who is going to do this? Cyp is too busy, perhaps Sco? Nope, he is most likely too busy to deal with EVERY scammer problem there is. Mods need to be trained to middleman. This is the idea that NEEDS TO BE IMPLEMENTED. Generally, large scams only occur during rank trades ect. Always record and always only do it with someone who isn't just a silly default. It's not hard to detect a scammer..
Im making this idea mainly to keep Scammers Banned and not just report them, they get banned and unbanned 2 day later...

What if someone had like 35k on KitPvP from killing/voting and they scammed someone for 300 dollars, all of their money would be taken away? I would really quit if this would take place.
Not a good example it's simply stupid. You don't just give out 35k for $300 as it's simply not worth that. Anyone can make the same deal and say they got scammed, they send the money out to another account a "Alt" then the other account gets banned, they get there money back then they get back on said "Alt" and pay their main account the 35k and boom now they got 70k. So it's easy to abuse this and nobody will get there items or money back.
I am saying you have 35k, and someone wants 300 on KitPvP and they would give you 200k on OPFactions. If the person with 35k scammed and reported them the 35k would go to waist.
Ok I got confused on what you mean, you state I have for example 35k, then you say someone wants 300 on kitpvp, and they give you 200k on OP Factions. Are you stating like I already have 35k and then someone wants to trade my 300 kitpvp money or actual money? And for 200k OP Factions, If the person with 35k scammed the guy for 200k on OP Factions then his 35k would go to waist in a sense but he can easily transfer it over to a alt.
