Introduction
I want to thank all of you guys to take the time and read my moderator application. I hope you guys enjoy, and I really want some feedback below. Once again, I hope all of you guys enjoy my moderator application.
How old are you?: 15

What timezone are you in?: Eastern U.S (I think it is GMT -4, not sure though)
What country do you live in? United States of America
What languages do you speak?: Just English as of now. I'm actually learning French also.
Why do you think you should become a mod?: I know where I screwed up last time, and have learned from my mistakes. I took too many risks. Didn't bother to learn much, and jumped right into moderating. However, I feel I have gained experience and am ready to become a moderator again.
More Active
I'm usually checking the forums, but not as much lately as I've been busy. But I've been on parkour a lot in-game and have jumped from II to VI in the past week or two.
More Mature
I also feel I am very mature for the most part. I know how to handle most situations now, I learned a lot from my first run as moderator.
Kinder
I feel I am very kind and I often try to be generous or welcoming to all players who join, new or old, donor or non-donor, moderator or not moderator, and experienced or non-experienced. I feel when you are kind to someone, they are often times kind back. And we all want people to be kind to us.
Stricter, But Looser
I am very strict, and not afraid to ban someone if needed. I also know the moderator commands pretty well. But I also have learned to give a few warnings and kicks before a ban.
More Helpful
I always help any player who needs it, as helping is a sub-category of being kind. I will not ask in chat, "Does someone need help?". I answer a question if someone has one, or help if someone needs it. Basically I just don't "look for help". Helping is contagious. If you help someone, they'll help someone. Helping makes everyone happy.
Funnnier
I feel being funny is important to being a moderator. Why? Well people are often somewhat "scared" or "afraid" of moderators. This way if you are funny, they know that you aren't scary, but you still shouldn't be messed with. Funny is also being nice, as long as they joke is not mean or hurtful to other players.

Yes, I know I screwed up a lot on my first run, but I feel I have learned from my wrongdoing. I also feel the new two-server system will help. I didn't include too much, because you guys know me pretty well.
How long can you be active on the server everyday?: Hour and a half a day on weekdays, and a few hours on weekends.
How long have you been playing Mineverse?: 10-11 months.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator?: Quite a few. I was/am moderator of two factions servers, an Administrator of two prison servers and another factions server, and co-owner of a minigames server. More recently, I got helper on a survival server and administrator on another, along with setting up my own server. I also am pretty good with XenForo, so I know the basics such as moving and/or locking a thread, and even more advanced things.
Which two servers would you like to moderate?: Definitely Kit PvP. And if possible parkour, and if not possible, OP PvP.

Try adding some colour to your application and be more active in-game (As I have never seen you:>)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're already administrating and owning 2 servers, along with moderating a survival server? You barely get on here, and if you are staff on other servers you'll have to make time you don't have to be more active on here, also, I still think you need to improve a bit on what you messed up when you were a Mod.

 

They barely get any players.

 

Shows you have no commitment to servers.

 

How is that?

 

You pay no attention to a server simply because you're not satisfied by it, who's to say you won't leave MV just because of something you don't like? It's a bit childish, and shows there's not really a point in this application if you don't see the problem in leaving a server for selfish reasons.

 

It's nice seeing former staff members re-applying. Although, I can not offer my support. Ever since your demotion, you went inactive on here. You were reported two times in the same week for abuse. You know why you were demoted, which makes you not trustworthy.

I'm sorry, but I can't support this. You were demoted for abuse. I do not think you are trustworthy. Also, you rated two peoples posted "disagree" because they didn't support you. That shows me that you are immature.

You don't seem like you've learned from your past mistakes. You were demoted for a reason and I believe it should stay that way. You don't look committed to the server anymore.

 

In the time you were gone several things have changed.
I feel you should take the time to get to know these changes.

I got reported 15 times for mod abuse, and they were pretty much all invalid. That does not make a good reason not to support him.

However, I don't think I can support this. Please understand that you can't just get demoted and reapply in a month. Quoting from Cyp, "Moderator is not candy". Yes, you're kind and caring, however I don't feel like you will be given another shot after your past actions.

 

And also, rating non-supporters' replies with a disagree shows that you cannot take constructive criticism, and this all adds up to why I do not support.
