Jelmer. Hi I am continuousbeez. I have an issue with your moderator application. If you see someone stuck in a decision, are you saying that only mods can help them... OFCOURSE not! You should be helping people out even without moderator. The only difference is that we cant fly. They can ban, but they earned that ability. Basically you are saying that you need to be a moderator to help people.
No support till you get your buscuits together!

Its okay that you have a problem with the app.
But the reason that beïng a mod
helps me actually helping people is that players will be more interested in what i have to say. Because any normal player could say stuff to help others, but if a moderator says it, it feels like a whole diffrent story.(at least that is the case with me) And no, not only mods can help make a decision. Anyone with a good heart will do the same
(And beïng stuck in a dicision was an example of troubles a player could have)
