Um well it depends, if you was banned on factions I think you lose your base and faction, on infection I'm not sure, on creative you might lose your plot and that's all I can think of really, I hope have been of great help in some way. (wich I don't think I have) That's all dude :D

nothing happens. you just have to make an appeal and hope for the best ;)
