Introduction! Over the last couple of days I have been thinking about applying for mod but I was not too sure until I got on Mineverse and people said I should apply so here it is. My birthday is in March the 14, even though I am still pretty young, I think it isn't my age that really matters, but my maturity levels and my ability to control a situation and not join in with petty stuff that people say to others! I live in the U.K (England) What Langues Do You Speak? I speak English (main language) I can speak allot of German (expected B-A* in my exams). I can also speak some Spanish and tiny bit of french, witch I struggle with Why Do You Think You Should Become Mod Well I've always wanted to help the mods in Ban Appeals and Reports, and also since I live in the U.K, my timezone is different to half the mods. I can be online the forums/server while you guys are asleep, I am often on the forums on my I pad constantly looking for people to help, I enjoy making people happy (when i have made some one happy i'm happy then).Other Mods will moderate the server While your awake and I'm asleep, so it turns out quite well for me! I'm very active across most of the servers but i do have my favorite ones . I do have a lot of spare time BUT most of it is spent here cause its fun and I love the people around me. I see people with anti kb or kill aura, and I wish I could do something but I can't, because I can only screenshot and record. I am able to handle difficult situations , I am able to stay very calm and don't rage or anything relating to that to that behavior. People being offensive towards me does not affect me in anyway I just brush it of and carry on playing with my friends. Basic commands that i know! Yes I am aware of the commands and how to deal with hackers,spammers,advertisers and others.... /Mute - This command should be only used if you kick that person for profanity, spam or disrespect, once they are unmuted and still carry on spamming or being disrespectful I will step in with a temp-ban if needed. depending what they are saying. /kick - Only allowed to use this command if someone is continuously spamming, or spamming rude words, profanity etc (u can't constantly kick them every time they join the server) You haft to give them a reason for being kicked, /Ban - This command should be used if the player is hacking or etc, if the player has been reported on the forums by an other player, I will ban them in-game and then I will archive the report. if I find someone with hacks, like fast-bow hacks, I will record them for proof in the video and keep them in a file for proof. I will over look that video to be 100% sure that they are. [Extra Info] Maturity - Is part of being a Mod there many things as well. Although you may think/say "he too young" "he too immature." Age does not matter i would say that i'm more mature than some adults out there if I had to say. I have seen Adults swearing and being offensive to others. There are children on here they don't want to see all that junk. I will be kind and (not that I'm already not) I will never join in with all that I'm not that kind of person. Honest - I think this is a perk that all Mod should have, honesty. As my self i am a very honest person you will meet. To be honest i don't see the point in lying you don't achieve anything and you are just digging a bigger hole for your self. I will be honest at all time Compassion - Is a huge part of me that makes me who am. I am able to feel what others are felling I don't support them I help them if they are down. This might be a weak spot for a moderator but that is who I am, love, simplify and humanity that builds my personality every day. Respectful - Even if I u hate (well not practically like), this hasn't happened thankfully but if it did I won't treat them any different to other people its just harsh. I will treat everyone one equally what ever has happens between us. You have got to remember Its only a game. Hackers / (any thing that is not allowed) will obviously be punished on what they have done! And yes i do believe in a second chance Helpful - I am a helpful person, I try to answer everyone's questions asap even if i get in trouble cause If got to go off. Also, I give everyone the help that they deserve, I have been helped when I was Default rank i really appreciated by that. I know right from wrong. I think that all my experience that I have gained over time will help me moderate the server. How Active Can You Be? I Depends on what day it is. Because I have started school now (It don't mean i won't be active I will be active), I will be more active than usual in the weekends here is the schedule so you can see exactly what it is. Monday: 1-2 hours Tuesday: 3-4 hours Wednesday: 1-2 hours Thursday: 3-3.50 hours Friday: 3-4 hours Saturday: Free any time this day Sunday:4-6 hours How Long Have You Been Playing Mineverse For? I have played mineverse for over 1 year now. Over that time I have meet new people made lots of good Friends even skypeing with them. I have loved every minute spent on here <3 Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I do actually I have been a mod on a server that got shut down cause the owner created a new server. Also I have co-owned a server so i know the Ins and outs of server Which two servers would you like to moderate? I would like to moderate Kitpvp and Archerpvp these are the two server I mostly play and I enjoy playing them and they have a great community Handling hackers I know what to do when someone has reported a hacker I know that I should not instantly ban them I would over look the video and maybe slow it down so I could maybe see the headspins if they had kill aura on! If i make a mistake I will instantly apologies and edit what i did wrong! I will always try my best... Well ill do my best whatever happens. Have you ever been banned before? Sadly yes i have been banned! I have only been banned once over the 1 year I have played on mineverse, But i was not involved in the report but some how i got banned.The banning moderator did unban and apologized Outro These are the values that I stand by, that make me proud of who I am . I just read it all... I kinda like it BUT you should try and fix the spelling, grammar etc. mistakes. You seem like a nice guy but you repeat yourself and some things don't make sense. I suggest you work on it a bit. 25% support. -Josh
Here's some problems I found in your app :P The green points out good things, while the red exposes not so good things. Do not mention the fact that you donated in your application Try not to say 'u' or 'ur' as it looks very unprofessional. Fix the grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. How do u know if he wasn't my cousin you don't know me in real life do you...... does it really matter who i am teamed with you would never see me trapping! Its ok i understand u don't like me so u think i would be a bad mod!? I can't control people and they can't control me? You can't judge people cause you don't like them
