Rank transfers happen on VERY special occasions, and they have to be extremely necessary, not hey I quit I got banned, give my rank to this guy. I don't make decisions for him, and you not being in the loop of how the system works or knowing who runs in the system isn't my problem. You can be upset if you wish, but that's your own problem, this isn't personal, never meant for it to be, but if you can't accept the fact that it won't happen, then you've got other things to worry about.
Basically I'm gonna break this down for Topmass: Anthony has no discretion over whether or not Cypriot transfers the rank, that being said, neither do you, it's not Anthony's choice, it's not your choice, it's not JKeb's choice, it's Cyp's, and the only time a rank transfer would actually be accepted if there's a legitimate, solid, valid reason for it to be, Anthony is completely right, he's basically RQ'd from MV and now whining when he doesn't get his way, if you hate the server that much, leave, don't make a big deal out of it, you're not helping yourself by arguing with people giving you valid information, and you're definitely not helping Cyp by saying it's your choice what he does(Directed at Topmass and JKeb), if you want to have an argument, go ahead and PM Terrick/Anthony, or even Cyp, but it's not gonna help. @Topmass22

Don't bother, this has the same chance of being accepted as Noob coming on every day for the next year, he's already been tagged, and informed, it won't matter, there's just not a good enough reason for a rank transfer.

I feel YOU should learn what you're talking about, you weren't on Mineverse when I was talking to Terrick. HE SAID that he made the rule because it was annoying to him.
I don't recall claiming it was enforced because I found it annoying, I said the rule was enforced, and that I found people breaking it to be annoying. I'm not the rule maker here, clearly, but then again, others claim otherwise. And ignoring it would be far too easy, had to see what else you had to say as you're still here, claiming you left.
