Scamming Suggestion

Hello there, have you ever got scammed big Money or Op Stuff? I dont know why I am asking because almost everyone did. Dont you just hate when they make ban appeals and they get unbanned and keep the money/ Items? This has happened to most of the community and I think I found the solution of this. My suggestion is that if we get scammed, the person who gets unbanned has to give/ pay back the same amount of money.

One server this is popular on is KitPvP. KitPvP has become sooo corrupt that its mind blowing. People scam 24/7 and get banned then unbanned the next day. One thing thats popular now is people scamming on an Alternate account then paying the main account the money before they get banned. They dont care because they still got the money on the main account without getting caught. I got accused for doing this, but I know that I dont.. I play legit. This is my suggestion to fix this.

Suggestion

New Rule that should be added

1. If you are caught scamming and get banned, if the Moderator is going to accept the appeal, they will have to give you time to pay their Offender back or give the items back in order to be unbanned until if banned again
2. The offender that is caught is mandatory to pay back the money or give back the stuff. Doesnt matter how little the scam is.
3. If the person decides to be difficult and choose to not give back... they will be banned until the decide to give it back

Maybe only Ip ban the scammer if he has been banned 3x or more for scamming.

Or it is the person who banned him chooses if he get perm ban or unban and gets interest with the money too?
