It seems slightly odd that those two are disabled considering it renders most bases unraidable and makes autobrewers un-makeable.

If its because of duping just disable nether portals and make it so minecarts can't be placed and they are removed with clearlag.

Make a /warp nether to solve the nether portal problems.

That means old nether portals would still work that still have duping machines.
