Probably because Daddy says that only Gods-Titans should get /chest, whereas this thread suggests anyone should have access ( Considering they have enough $ )
I play on another server that has storage. This is how it goes, Pretty much everyone gets /echest. If that is not a really good maybe just keeping the echests at spawn and not giving anyone /echest unless they donate over $50. If someone donates like $80 or over then they get /chest. /chest is pretty much /pv 1 but its a little bit bigger. Maybe just take out the echest and just have /chest for everyone. It is a big chest. So ehh 50/50 support I guess.
