Rank Upgrades Not Working

    I purchased VIP and I wanted to upgrade to MVP but it says I'm not allowed. I recently purchased a rank for in-game money does this over-write what I have bought for real money?

    It was just created under "help" section, not the one specially made for these issues which is "donor and donation issues" lol
