So recently i've noticed the report sections are getting filled with "Pending Mute" So i'm here to suggest that you add a plugin sadly i don't know the name of the plugin but a simple search by someone who knows how to traverse the bukkit site could find it. Basically what this plugin does is you can mute players be they online or offline and the mute only runs while the player is on. The plugin goes by playtime instead of realtime so its harder to bypass and people get the punishment.

no support. If the mod mutes them when they aren't online, by the time the player gets on, they get unmuted. So wuts the point?
