It depends on how much cash. The items are pretty much useless. Money is all that matters on KitPvP apart from OP swords.

Somewhere around Premium in my opinion :P The p4 is not very useful unless the person buying the rank needs it in specific. The sword is helpful, but you could honestly fine one on the floor at spawn (I have more than once). Unfortunately, the bow is almost entirely useless... you can buy one fairly cheap in-game. When it comes to regeneration potions and enderpearls, it isn't worth it. With kit Commander, you get enderpearls constantly for free. Regen potions are also free with kit Special. The money is worth it if you pay around $1000. That's just my opinion though :P I hope I helped :> Have a good day!
