Whatcha mean by render time?

I have a template of an intro that I wouldn't mind mine to be like, but the problem is, the skin in that intro would need to be changed and the text would need to say my IGN(GizzBots). How much would it cost on Kit PvP to change this?

If not, how much would it cost just to make a basic one? I have a song I could add to it, but I need to be able to edit the intro into my videos using Windows Movie Maker.
