I do not know what account Oniontacobean is using to ban evade, but I think it is Elvinar. Exactly why none of us are handling it. Why do you assume it's Elvinar? Is there any proof of him saying that its him? Of course action would be taken if there was, but there isn't. As you know, we can't randomly lobby ban someone because they are suspected of ban evading. It would be so simple for anyone to just take some random noob, slap his name on a report for evading, and he gets banned. Obviously none of us have IP checks either, except for Cyp. I don't have contact with him but I'm sure @ScoFu13 does. Sorry we have to make you wait so long. This report isn't very valid atm.
