Basicly, He was trying to get out of combat by enderpearling into spawn and his pearl landed in the lobby portal switching him to the lobby server which combatlogged him
Well, Staff doesn't give you your stuff back. Cypriot may remove that portal, but I;m not sure ;P. I think the solution is don't be a nub and pearl into spawn.
Sorry, that is your own fault for enderpearling back into spawn. That is a risk you take trying to run from combat. I suggest you turn and fight as that is the basis of the game or enderpearl away somewhere else. Sorry, but your items are lost.
