Chain mail SKIN on Infection

Just some help for Infection players. There will be people that are technically hacking by having a chain mail armor skin on. Then take off their armor as a human! I really think that we need to be a lot more aware of these people. is there anyway possible to stop these people? If there isn't, then I think that more action should be attended to this. @Scorpio_Venom recommended hitting a zombie that is "hiding or looks suspicious" to see if they are human or not!

 

Ok maybe this is a problem but really it's so easy to tell fake armor from real armor

 

Not all the time. Like if someone is running really fast.

Well that's fine but I wasn't really asking for opinions. I was just trying to inform some people of it.;)

 

well for me and some other people, i hit everyone to see if they really are on the "other side".

 

That's nice to hear. All I'm saying is that for players that don't identify chainmail armor hackers --they can learn to identify. Thanks for the input!

 

the fake skin problem sorta died down i headed it and a i ended it. If you can't tell the diff get a texture pack like faithful or sphax it will change the chainmail textures.

There really isn't a way to stop them, but as jedijosiah said, the chainmail skin is slowly dying.

 

I Mean...... It is their skin...and I don't think you would be able to change it for them......support....it's anyoing......

 

I think if they can be bothered getting a chainmail skin let em keep it

 

it is due to no bubbles and if but really on sure do /alive

 

you just have to be aware , the skins are 2D whilst the actual armour pushes away from the player,as Josiah said there was a big problem with these skins awhile ago, but they are becoming less common. Texture packs help,there is nothing we can do to stop people as skins are not linked with the server rules.

 

yeah...all i'm trying to do is make more people aware of it
