[U.K] Maxtekker's Moderator Application! [Survival]

Welcome to my Mod App!
Introduction-
Hello, I am Maxtekker and this is my Mod App!
I am 12 years old and come from England. I mainly play on Survival,
but I play on most of the different servers. I am a responsible
and mature even though I am young!

I am in GMT (EST + 4).

What languages do you speak?
I speak English, A bit of French and a few words in Spanish (Not many though I start Spanish at school next year).

Why do you think you should become a mod?
I feel I should become mod because I really love to play Mineverse and I would like to actually put something back into the community. I know what it takes to be a Mod and I think that I posses all of the attributes,

I feel I am:

Trustworthy: I am a very trustworthy person and many people have said I would be a good Mod and have convinced me to apply. I am co-owner of many towns and are part of lots of teams on Mineverse survival.

Responsible: I am responsible. I have been year captain of 3 different school's 3 times and have played a part in lots of important decisions that effect everyone at my school they think I made the right decision.

Friendly: I am a very friendly person and have lots of friends on Mineverse and I am thoughtful. I am polite and help all the new players to Mineverse.

Fair: If I become Mod I will be fair but I will be firm. I will not punish people less because I know them in real life or because they were mean to me at one point. I will treat all people equally.

Honest: I have never scam and never will do. I do not lie and will always be honest and truthful if someone asks me a question. If there was a issue involving a Mod and a player if I knew anything about the incident I would tell them everything I know.

Responsive: If another Mod or player told me a suggestion to be a better Mod I would listen and take on board what they said and change my Moderating style and take on board there suggestion

Helpful: I am helpful and replace roads in grieved town and give my spare kits to people who might need them. I also tell people to stop if they are swearing or spamming on the server.

Supportive: If someone is building a house or is doing something, if they need any, I will help and give them some inspiration and support.

Informed: I know all the commands I will need such as :
/Tempban
/Ban
/Mute
/Kick
/Invsee
/God and
/Fly
If there was a report and the person was hacking I would do "/ban (Player) Hacks appeal @ www.mineverse.com ~Max~

Available: I will be available most days after school on Skype and will be in game after I am done with homework and you can always PM me on the forums.

Caring: I am a very caring person in real life and ingame. I am never disrespectful and always kind to the Mods and other players.
Fast Acting: I am fast at replying to things. If I got a message I would reply the next opportunity I could. I am rarely late and am always there for my friends if they need help!

Clever: I am clever and get high marks in most of my test. I am a very good speller and I am learning how to code a Raspberry Pie at the moment!

Confident: I am very confident and I have no issue in standing up for something even though many people might feel different.

Fast Typer: Ever since I joined Mineverse and spoken to people in chat I have become a much faster typer. I can type around 1 page every 3 minutes and can respond to messages on the forums fast and accurately.

Imaginative: I have a unique way of looking at things. I can be very serious but I can also have fun while playing MC. I look at things from a different angle and am very skilled at looking at something and seeing something different from someone else.

Happy: I am a very happy person. I am rarely angry and if I am I can rely on Mineverse to cheer me up. I always look at the bright side of life and never take my anger out on other people.

Peaceful: I am a peaceful person. I rarely start fights or arguments and think that arguments don't get you anywhere, it just makes people angry.

Fun: I am fun and caring. I have many friends on Mineverse and I can take a joke. I am kind and will always help a person in need.

Organised: I have set myself a list of things I need to do throughout the day, this includes: Homework, Family time and free time. I mainly use my free time by playing Minecraft and watching Tv.

Persistent: I am persistant and I do not give up without a fight. I do not give up and cry if someone insults me "I shake it off, I shake it off", as Taylor Swift put it.

Lack of Mods: I have noticed that there is only 19 Mods at the moment and that is not enough for a large server like Minverse. I have also noticed that there is only 1 Survival Mod. Although he is doing a very good job that is not enough for a large gamemode like Survival.

I feel that I have all those attributes and I would make a great Moderator!

I am on the forums for around the same time, I have my iPod on the forums while I play! I normally play for longer but I have to make sure I do my homework.

How long have you been playing Mineverse?
I have been playing Mineverse for around 10 months, and in those 10 months I have had some amazing experiences!

Have you ever been banned in the past?
I have never been banned (And wish to keep it that way)

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I am currently Mod on a different server and have been head admin and a Mod on one but both those servers closed down.

Which two servers would you like to moderate?
I would like to Moderate Survival and not any other game mode as I feel I can be more active and can contribute the most to it.

I want to thank you for taking the time to read my Mod App! I hope I get the opportunity to prove myself as Moderator and make everyone on Mineverse proud!

What I would do if I was Mod
If I was Mod I would never make assumptions and would always get the full story before I make a judgement. If I was dealing with a report where I know then in real life I would ask another, more experienced Mod for advice on how to handle it and if I needed help I would not hesitate to ask for some. If there was someone who got reported and was rude to me in the past I would not let that effect my decision and would not let the past cloud my judgement.

My experiences on Mineverse! -
I have had many experiences on Mineverse from getting raided on factions to building an iron farm on Survival! All of those things I have done has changed me as a person! I am more imaginative when I build, much better at PvP, I understand how to make lots of new things, how to be careful, to be more peaceful and to make new friends. I think my most memorable experience was when I joined my first town on Survival, when I helped build the shop there it was the first time I was part of something big on Mineverse.

Random stuff about me-
I am 12 years old and from England in the U.K. My first name is Max which is the Max in Maxtekker and the Tekker is because it was a Tekkit account. At school I play Soccer. I also like to listen to music and play Computer Games in my spare time and read books. I have been playing Mineverse for 12 months and got introduced to it by Forceiron96. Mineverse is one of my favorite servers and I wanted to give something back so I appled for Mod.
