No it isn't a scam. If someone is willing to do it, and the trade is as said in the post, there is no scam.

Also, I don't see how that deal can be seen as a 'good offer' (no offence). I posted a offer a lot better then this for God(And I was already VIP) and people said my offer wasn't good enough D:
