Voting ranks

I know that when you win voting ranks, you get MVP. I was wondering though, could an owner or co-owner please allow another person to get the rank? I am the top voter right now (Mookiezzx) and I would like to give goo54 (a god) my rewards if I win so he can get titan. My friend NightFire said this wasn't possible, but I am willing to ask that if i win, could goo54 have the rank of titan instead of me getting MVP? (I am currently premium).

Technically he's asking everyone to vote for him, so that's kind of immature. I think you should keep MVP for yourself since you voted just for you.
