My name is Jelly and I would like to try for moderator on mineverse. Lets get started. How old are you? I am currently 12. Now just because I am 12 does not mean you should say no support. Age does not matter when you are applying for mod. It matters if you are mature enough for the job. Your in-game name: jellybelly124 What timezone are you in? That meaning that this is my first year of taking Spanish so far. Why do you think you should become a mod? Why did I choose to become a mod? I wanted to try for mod because I have recently become more active on the mineverse server/mineverse forums. I chose to make an application because I think I can split my time between skyblock.org and mineverse and moderate both. I wanted to be a person who can inforce the rules and be a role model to the server. I love to help players when I'm online. I actually don't really play I usually help. I am active on the forums yet I may not post a lot of threads. I am on the forums everyday for maybe (if you add this up not all at once) 1 hour a day. That gives me time to deal with reports/ban appeals. I can be on the server in the morning, sometimes in the day, and late at night. I have read the rules on each server before and I know them thoroughly. I do know offesnses for the different types of rules. Why should I become a mod? I think I should become a moderator because I think I can handle things in a mature and responsible way. I am not one who is impatient with players. I don't think I have power over other players just because I am a moderator. I should respect what they have to say about me and tell me what I need to do to improve. They are a player just like me and should be treated the same way. I know my way around the forums and know how to use them. I feel I should become a mod because I can keep up with what happens with a server. I know what the expectations are for being a moderator. I do know how to act professionally around other players on the server. I do think about what I am doing before I actually doing it. This would help with me banning/muting/tempbanning people on the server/forums. Qualifications *I am a player who can pop on/play everyday on the server. I can spend my time to help out the players on the server who need help. *I am a mature person who can handle things in a mature way. I will not be impatient with players and tell them to hurry up. *I am I good multi-tasker so I can type on the forums and moderate in-game on mineverse. I am not focused on how popular I am on the server or how good I am at PvP or anything of that sort. I can focus on one thing though. That one thing would be helping other players that are in need of help. I am aware of what players need help with. *I am a person who you can trust and rely on for help. If I cannot do what the player needs I will contact a higher member of the staff team. (This includes Head mods/Admin/Owner). *I am very welcoming if the player is new. I am nice to the players in the community even if I may have a strong dislike for them. All members/players should be treated the same way and not feel left out. This leading onto the point of how generous I can be. I try to respond to a player as fast as I can. *I am a fast typer. This can help me with responding to a player very fast. Or if more than one player is messaging me for help I can respond as fast as I can. *I do not AFK in-game because I believe that a mod who does that should log off. Being AFK in-game is bad because a player may need help and you won't respond because you are AFK and ten you will lose what the players needs are. They will log off with no help and may not report it on the forums. *If you can not find me in-game you can usually find me on the forums or on teamspeak. If you do not know what teamspeak is it is where all people from noobcrew servers can talk to eachother. *I know my way around the forums and how to use them. How long can you be active on the server everyday? Weekdays - I can be on the server maybe 1-2 hours a day. I know this is a short amount of time but most people aren't on for longer than that. I find 1 hour enough to be on for moderating. There are a lot of gamemodes I know that, but I can split my 1-2 hours into each gamemode. Weekends - I can be on for 3-5 hours every weekend and maybe longer. This makes my time easier on all of the gamemodes because I would have time to moderate them. I am busy on the weekends too with sports and homework. I can get on late at night though and sometimes real early in the morning. I try my hardest to be active on mineverse. Just some notes about my activity on the server. I can still go on minechat too and sometimes when I'm in the car on a long car ride I can play on my computer. I do that by using portable WiFi. But I can't do that all the time because I can't afford using that much WiFi in the time I can use it. Another not about how long I can be on the server. I would like to tell you if I am not on for a day that will most likely be because I am busy doing schoolwork/being social off of the internet. Also if you need me on I may be on Noobcrew's skyblock server. My nickname on there is Jelly. How long have you been playing Mineverse? I have been playing this server about 2 months after it came out. I have taken some breaks from it before to play skyblock though. I am more active on skyblock because that is where I normally moderate. But anyway back to the question. I have been on mineverse for a long time now. I never got the motivation to make a forums account nor an application since I was usually playing skyblock. I started playing the game mode skywars when I first joined. Then I ventured out into the other ones such as: KitPvP and Factions. I still do play those today. Have you ever been banned in the past? No I haven't. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I am currently a moderator on another Noobcrew server named Skyblock.org. I have also been moderator on a few servers that have no closed down. The first one that closed down is going to re-open in a month. The 2nd one I was a trial moderator on.
