You get killed auto for logging with /lobby

But you don't with

/Skywars
/survival
/op (if in KitPVP)
/KitPVP (if in OpPvP)

there should be a plugin that stops ALL commands while in PvP.

There are to many runners on survival

 

Not ALL commands. You still should be able to use kits while in PVPPVP
