Just admit that you were hacking in your appeal and make state that all hacks have been removed. If your not unbanned then I don't know what to do after that.

 

He was banned due to ban evading. Not hacks.
He has already appealed and they have been denied by me.

as chloyy said you have been banned multiple times for hacking on multiple accounts, that is the reason you keep getting denied

I'm going to address this thread, seeing as everything posted here is bias.

Simon, you donated to the server, donating does not put you above the rules. Titan's have been permanently banned, you cannot say because you donated you don't deserve to be allowed back, your father needs to realize this. That it's your fault you're banned. If you followed the rules in the first place you wouldn't be in this situation. If this did indeed happen 6/7 months ago and you were banned recently that is not fair, you cannot punish players for things that happened awhile ago, what will they learn? I mean I don't punish my cat for scratching the furniture 3 months later as she has no clue.

How can we even be sure you wont hack again, I like to sit by the term once a hacker, always a hacker. Now, you may not follow this protocol but we have no proof at all you'll even follow the rules. It's a 50/50 chance, you need to prove you can be trusted and flipping off and losing your cool is not a good way to do it; respect and honesty is.

As for anyone else, stop mini-modding, you have no right to post here telling him what he can, and cannot do. You're in no position to throw demands or say anything regarding the case. Also what Philip did was not rating abuse, leaving you a negative rating is not rating abuse, get over it.

As for Chloyy, I was debating between placing this in a Hidden Content thing, but no one else got one, so you wont either. You handled this case badly, you provoked it more than it needed to be. You asserted your position over him, while yes. You may be a Moderator, but beyond that you're still a player -- you're not above anyone. Don't act as if you are. Ban evading has nothing to do with this case, you don't see a person who did a robbery randomly get questions for drunk driving while in court.

You should be focusing on the one offense, which is hacking for 6 or so months ago. If he is being punished, you need to provide evidence of him hacking, he has a right to see the evidence. Also anyone else who was suspected of it must also be banned and evidence provided. If you cannot provide this, I'm afraid he'll have to be unbanned. You have naught for him to stick, and if you bring up him ban evading once more, I know you have no case on him.
