Is this happening on every part of Mineverse?
If so, send an email to [email protected] explaining your problem, and proof of rank purchase (receipt or something like that).
If it is not on every part of mineverse, but only on some, please reply, and say which parts of mineverse the rank is not showing on.

Oops, silly you.
Sadly, part of the terms and conditions of buying a rank (which your meant to read, yet no one does) says that no refunds will be accepted. Sorry mate, I guess it pays to read the T's&C's some times.
Before you go and buy a rank again, check that in the top right hand corner, you press "Logout" before buying anything, and when on the first screen, be sure to type your correct in game name.

Congratz to tri8 for gettin a free rank :P

I guess it is worth sending an email to [email protected] and just see what they say, but be aware that they will probably say what I said. You never know...
