Rank missing Skywars.com [Resolved]

So this really isnt about me. Its about my relative. He doesnt know about the forums but anyways, he purchased MVP rank on Skywars.com and he told me he lost his rank and he was wondering if he could get it back? Any staff please reply. His Ingame name is: SatanDream

 

That's unusal that he lost it. Did he do anything that may have caused him to lose it?

Do you, or SatanDream have any screenshots of things such as emails of conformation, or receipts you got after purchasing the rank, if so, could you post them here, and then @CypriotMerks will be able to help you.

 

I believe SatanDreams problem was resolved because he has 'Skygod' now. Im not really sure but thats the case as of now
