What you should improve on is being more helpful. I know you're there to do your job, but you can be ignorant and not help anyone. Also, be a little more dedicated to the server. You don't seem to put a lot of thought into your job. And don't be AFK for long periods of time. Try to equalize how much you spend on forums and how much you spend in-game.

I would like to see those changes before I support.

I appreciate your opinion, but I'm very helpful in-game, you're just never online with me to see it.
When I'm AFK, I'm usually on the forums doing other things, but I've been better about that lately.
I did put a lot of thought and effort into my job, surprised you couldn't see that.

I honestly dont know but a 12 year old as a mod is a big thing and something you need to take seriously and I have to agree with @Oniontacobean

 

Two former staff members were both 11 years old... They both did an amazing job, all depends on their maturity.

For those of you who are not supporting me, I would like for you to know this. Yes, I admit, I wasn't as active as I could've been, and that is going to change. A lot of you have also said that I was AFK a lot of the time, and that's true. However, during that time, I was usually on the forums doing other things. I am well aware that that needs to change, and it will. For those of you who are saying that I did a terrible job, I agree. I am more determined than ever to do my job correctly. If I end up getting re-promoted, I will prove myself. I did not write this to change your mind, but to give you an explanation. Thanks.
