id say give her ONE chance and if she blows that chance she can never be mod again. I think thats what should happen
If you want my opinion (as a person who has helped point out people to be selected as moderator and a person who has some insight into what we like in our fellow staff) then there is one major issue here. Your grammar is atrocious. Type in proper writing styles and you'll find yourself seeming a lot more mature.
