HELPER What is Helper exactly? Helper is like Moderator but with less permissions. Why add Helper you might ask? (Example) You play on Skyblock everyday. Sometimes Factions and Prison. But mostly Skyblock. People keep suggesting that you should become a Moderator. But, you just know the community of Skyblock. What to do? Apply for Helper. Not a Moderator, but still capable of helping the server like a Moderator. Bennefits? • A Helper can be online more, therefor help the server in game. • Has almost the same permissions as a Moderator. • Keeps their donation rank (if purchased) while being Helper. • Is experienced in the server and the rules (Requirement) • Is in direct contact with Administrator/Moderators. They are just like regular players, but with permissions to possibly kick advertisers. When now we have to report a player and wait for one to reply. + Because it is an actual player he/she will actually be able to play the game while doing her job and not handle things on the forums.
It's a decent idea... but if there was one troller who loves to spam kicks on everyone, that would be kind of abusing their powers....
That is why the template would have to be accepted by Cyp or Crew. They can decide well on who'd abuse their powers well or not.
I agree with this mainly because mods arent on 24/7 so if there was a rank such as helper it would be great for the community with less spams and disrespect
Support, I would apply for this I have figured that mod is to big for me. ( ares you should apply for this :p be the head helper lol) and jarry, sometimes mods can not be on all game modes so this would be helpfull.
From experience it is fairly hard for new staff ranks to be implemented/accepted. I think the equivalent to this idea is like mods specific to a server, such as prison guards which is more obtainable. But having helpers possibly would work since mod is a big role.
