My ingame name is.I have payed for VIP and I cant get pets on Skyblock. Which means you owe a lot of people a refund because they are no getting what they ha payed for. I want everyone to give their opinion on this. Please fix your server. I want a refund. Tell us how to do it.
I support that people should get what they payed for but, agreeing with @Agent Android Mineverse isn't the only server they own so be patent they are probably working on fixing a lot of other major things.
Yes but If they can't provide what we paid for then that obviously means that we should get a refund. It's money not sweets. The reason they have more servers are for more money. Then they should be able to provide us a refund.

To be fair it was still mentioned on the BuyCraft page even tho it was not available. I informed Cypriot myself as soon as I was made aware that echopet would not be updating the plugin to 1.8(more than a month ago now). Cypriot is rather busy with all his responsibilities I'm sure he meant to remove it from the BuyCraft page.
He has been meaning to. Like you said, he has a lot to do and a lot to take care of. It still states ne refund and never guarantee's the permissions will work 100% nor stay through the whole time.
I was just informing you in case you did not know. I'm not claiming he should be refunded by any means. Just could be a bit nicer to him. He is a paying customer. Back on topic.
