Umm 5 IV Hawlucha with Power herb: Sky Attack, Acrobatics, Hone claws, and Hi-jump kick.

Also 3 IV Shiny Lucario with Lucarionite: Swords dance, Bullet punch, Close combat, and Stone Edge

 

i dont have x or why... my friends do and they are obsessed... they have a level 100 shiny umbreon with 20 ivs!!!!

 

Lol 20 IV's isn't possible. :P Maybe they Have an IV at 20 which isnt really good, but its okay. lol
