Hello everyone! In this thread I will be giving my opinion here that there should be a youtuber rank, and im sure there are a couple youtubers here, even me! This is just a suggestion and I hope it could be added!

Although popular Youtubers by getting this rank could provide publicity for the server, I think it could be exploited.
What perms would you suggest they have?

 

Hmm I think the only command I could think of right now is /fly because on different servers I see that youtubers can fly and maybe on survival games they could join full games? This is just my idea.

 

We already have YouTuber rank. But yes I agree people should have it
Cyp set it as 1500 subs and that's hard to get at we should have the minimum at 40-50?

I have 35. I think the limit should be 500, and they should have /kick.

500 is still a lot. And no /kick would be to op... When your not recording you can go hit someone then /kick them and they will die from pvp logging. They should grt /v on all servers /nick on certain servers /feed anytime instant warps/homes instead of waiting and a special YouTuber kit

That's a moderator command, something that would serve no purpose to their videos, and would get abused.
Fly.
That's the main thought here.

Like on other servers I play on. You grt /fly but if you are combat tagged you can't fly until your untagged

 

I haven't seen that.

To be honest, I don't think a youtuber rank is necessary. Not only is it already been used by a lot of servers, it would provide no help whatsoever. Just my opinion.

 

I don't support this idea at all. Why?
1. Mineverse thrives off many players. There are literally thousands that play Mineverse. I'm sure that among these people, there are a ton of youtubers.
2. If you honestly need perms to post a simple youtube video of mineverse, then your not even worth watching on youtube.
3. It isn't like mineverse is benefitting that much by having youtubers. Yes, it is helpful, but the actual youtubers themselves would benefit by having a strong and capable server to record on.
4. I'd understand if y'all were Jr Bajan Canadians, but I doubt you guys are. If you are, plz pm me. I wanna be in your video. 5000 subscribers would make a slight improvement to the server. I doubt 50-500 would even scratch the surface.
5. People are more then welcome to record and do youtube videos on the server, but I don't think they should be bribed to(unless there idk, Bajan Canadian. Please bribe him <333). If people love the server enough, they will do youtube videos.
