Why do you think you should become a mod? I have a few reasons I want to be a mod, and truly think I could be a mod. I won’t go on and on, for the sake of anyone reading this, but I’ll try to list my most prominent character traits, as well as the most important things you need to know about me. Before I even start, I know I am new to the Mineverse community. I know you’ve clicked on this application thinking, “who is this person, and why do they think they should be a moderator?” Hear me out, and give me your true opinions. So here goes Patient I am a calm person, I don’t get angry easily. I am able to deal with hectic situations without getting flustered, and I am able to work well with difficult people, ensuring that I stay level headed and fair in all situations. Helpful Yes, I pulled the helpful card. Obviously, I wouldn’t be applying for moderator if I wasn’t helpful, but I would like to stress my joy in helping people. Moderating is one of my favorite activities, and I am willing to give up playing time for myself to help others. I am not the average “helpful”. Focused I’ll get the job done, and do my best. I try to excel at everything I do. I make all A’s in school, I’m a workaholic. I strive to do my best. Time Management As some of you may know, I’m a moderator on skyblock.net, another Noobcrew server. For some this would be a concern, that would be two servers to be responsible for. I know how to manage my time and effort, so as to be as active as possible on both servers if I were to be promoted here. Necessity New moderators are a necessity at this point. Every day I see rate abuse, unsolved reports, abandoned ban appeals, spam bot threads that haven’t been dealt with, you name it. And this is only on the forums. I mean no offense to the mods here, in fact, quite the opposite. They do an amazing job, the server is so big, and they’re dealing with it wonderfully. But the need for more moderators is real, and it is there. I think I could fill that spot. Mature I have maturity. I don’t get sucked into drama, both IRL and on Minecraft. I know how to deal with situations that require an opinion with emotions removed, and I think am fully mature enough for a leadership position as a moderator. My activity will vary greatly, I am in high school, and I do moderate another server, but if I ever feel my activity is becoming too low, I will resign for the good of the server. How long have you been playing Mineverse? I played Mineverse in the past, but never became part of the community. Recently I began playing the server again and really focusing on getting to know the community, the people, and of course the gametypes. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I do have experience as a moderator on skyblock.net, another Crew server. I am very familiar with moderating this type of forum, and I learn quickly, so adapting to Mineverse would be a task I could handle. Good application c; Just be more active on forums and in-game as said above ^^ Also, I heard you say on teamspeak that you were going to apply after you've gotten to know Mineverse more but since I got promoted and didn't know much about it, you applied now.
