    What game in Mineverse are you having these problems in?
    Try chatting, and see if you have actually received the rank or not, because that would be your main problem if you have not actually received the rank.

    What gamemode is it? Are you entering the kit name wrong?

    If you do not answer within 24 hours I will assume the problem is resolved.
