Why do you think you should be Moderator? I think I should be Moderator because I would help out the server and help catch hackers. Im really into PvP and I can tell when someone is hacking. I would also tell people to be kind to others and play fair. I will also be Alert if you need me. I will help if I am needed by players, staff, etc.
Are you active on the server? Yes I am on daily for about 3-5 hours on weekdays. xD
What would you do if you were Moderator? I would give out warnings if I need to, I will follow staff rules. I will also not disrespect players or abuse staff rules.

Do you cheat in anyway (Hacks)? No I dont not hack I never have.
How do you think you would help out the server? I would help it out by Finding hackers, Giving out Warnings, Fixing conflicts, Help if im needed by staff, players, etc.

ok lets rephrase your app is 233 words that is really short you are trying to make it look like you put effort into this app but i doubt u did your just making the words bigger to make people think you put effort into to my opinion if you are going to be lazy and not put much effort into it like other people did i do not think you should become a moderator put some more detail and i will change my mind but right now i do not support you sorry

 

Meh. The colors hurt, plus you have quite the short application. You should try making it a bit more well structured, along with more effort and detail, like @theman8775 said.
