The difference is ... Carnival was made by pink_camel and Pro. They wanted to build another one so they did. Unforutnately the servers were not back up until now, which by then we had already finished the map. Later, Crypriot added 2 maps his own, Winter and Carnival so technically they were behind schedule and we were able to make a new map in that time
no im saying it took them a pretty long time like 12+ hours to get the map uploaded. So they were behind schedule
