I had 133k and tried to rankup to C-Prisoner.
it did not work, but it still took my money.
so, i did it again.. same thing happened.
lola even gave me money to test it out and, again, it took my money and i didn't rankup.

Can you enter C block? Are you a donor?
Maybe your donor prefix is there instead of your C prefix, however you are registered as C prisoner anyway?
