Why is there one admin?

I have been on this server 9 months and I have seen an admin once. on factions, Th3Nick56 has been banned close to 20 times and has yet to be IP banned, why is that? we have one admin who has the ability to do that and he is never online to do anything (sorry I don't want to be rude, just making a point). there either needs to be more admins or mods need more power and abilities in the mineverse community...

 

Because Noobcrew only promoted 1 admin...

 

You can't be promoting peeps you don't personally know for admin. Admin is a really important rank. If you don't know the person you promote for admin very well... It can destroy the whole server. So is more convinient to stay with only 1 admin because its more safe.

 

I know I have had servers before but if he doesn't want admins then he needs more power to the mods so they can make more of a difference

 

I think Noobcrew has to know the person very well. If they do a good job etc... He isn't going to promote random people. He has to be able to trust him

Yes but what about the well known mods? like Pile_Of_Butts? She's been a staff since i've joined the server, and i've been in the server for a hell lotta time

 

Is their decision to make Pile admin or not, allthought she can be admin anytime :P
