Hmm, I don't think I've ever seen you in-game. Maybe familiarize yourself with the community a bit more. I spotted a few grammar mistakes throughout your application (capitalize your I's, add some punctuation, etc). The 'why do you think you should become a moderator' section is one long sentence, I'd fix that. No support as of now, but I wish you luck!
