_Jayboy_'s Moderator Application

Things about me
I am the oldest of 3 and things are pretty hard for me. My 2 little brothers are TiggyX19(10) and tykidepic (6). Tykidepic uses TiggyX13 on the forums. I have to cook, help the younger ones with there homework, tuck them in at night and lots of other things. I get some free time and that is what I use to play mineverse. At night, before I go to bed, I make sure I check the forums for 1 - 2 hours. I live in Powder Springs, Georgia and I am in the 7th grade. My favorite color is blue and I have braces because of the spacing in my teeth and a tooth that is growing out of the roof of my mouth. My favorite sport is basketball and I also play football. I have been getting A's in math every year of my life. I am also a very social person. I think I have said enough so now it is time to begin my moderator application.

Why should I become a mod
I think I should become a mod because I am known by many people, especially on op, so if you want to see me go to op. I highly believe in making sure everything and everyone is playing fairly and kindly. I was kind of a hot head in previous years but after half a year of playing mineverse, I have calmed down a lot. Ever since I have started this server TiggyX19 (a little brother of mine) and I have been trying to vote for this server and help people who play the server. We haven't been trying to vote for the MVP rank or the rewards we get but mainly because of how much we love mineverse. I also help some people I know that play mineverse by helping them make accounts for the forums. Some wrong has been done on my account not by me, but by family members but all of that is in the past. I have secured my account a lot more so it cannot be ruined. As a mod I want to keep mineverse fun for everyone. I won't take advantage of the things I have as mod and I will treat others the way I want to be treated. I will not look at myself as better than everyone else. I will not be very strict. I will give chances and warnings before a ban. I will do what I have to do to those who violate the rules. Here is what I think about different things...
Hackers: Unfair to the community
Spammers: Just taking up space
Swearers: Hurting others in the community
Scammers: Start being Honest
I have used the word I so many times but there is no I in team (mineverse team).
Characteristics
Honesty
I will always tell the truth even if it will hurt me or others. Example: Lets say someone accidentally drops their sharp 30 sword while fighting and I take it. If they ask me if I took and want it back, I will tell them I took and give it back to them.
Trustworthiness
I can be trusted while making trades, telling stories, etc. Example: If me and someone else (maybe @dartceus) are making a trade on op (sharp 30 for a stack of 64 gapples)I will give the sharp 30 to him. If he doesn't give me the gapples (he does give me the gapples though) I will still record him then ban him.
Humor
I'm not just a boring ol' guy. While doing my duties as a moderator, I can still have fun. Example: If people are joking around telling jokes (appropriate jokes;)) just because I am a mod doesn't mean I can't have fun too. I will join and still earn friends throughout the community.
Caring
I care for others. Matter fact, two or three times since I have wrote this mod application someone has said to the community "I suck at pvp" or "I need to get better at my pvp skills. I suck at it". What I did was msg them and encourage them to believe in themselves.
Wise
I am very bright. I can make my own decisions and plans and more than likely, I will succeed;). Example: Lets say that I am trying to make a trade with somebody. If somebody is trying to take it I can make a wise plan to successfully trade without it getting taken.
Focused
I am very focused when I have a task to do. Example: If I have a goal to get a friend of mine a stack of 64 gapples or a kit god. I will keep my mind on that mission and in the end, he will have what I owe him.
Respectful
I respect others and treat them the way I want to be treated. It would take a lot and I mean A LOT. To make me snap now. In 1st - 3rd grade, I got angry easily. Now those anger issues are gone. If you show respect to me I will show respect to you.
Passionate
I have a strong heart. If I think something is sad, I will cry. I have strong emotions and I am a pretty sensitive guy. Real Example: In 5th grade, learning about segregation made me cry. I felt so sad for the way the black people were being treated.
Confidence
I will never give up. I will try, try, and try again until i get it just right. Example: If I keep failing at enderpearling up a tree, I will keep on trying.
Integrity
I will not talk about anybody behind their backs and do what others expect of me, even if they are not looking.
Courage
I am brave. Put me up to the test and I will do it. That's if it is reasonable.
Time I am active
Monday - Thursday: 1-3 hours ( mostly 2)
Friday - Sunday: 2-5 hours
How long have I been playing minecraft
I have been playing minecraft for about 3 years now. I have been playing mineverse for about a year and a half. I have been on the forums for about 5 or 6 months on an alternate account (TiggyX19) but now I made this one on September 20th because I had to keep on waiting for him to finish checking the forums and because I thought I was ready to write this mod application.
Past experience as a mod
I am currently owner on a server and I have been for about 3-5 months now and I am doing well helping the sever.

Well this is my mod application. I spent a few days perfecting it on a piece of paper. I love all of you people in the mineverse community and I will help you guys if I become mod.
