I know a way how it's done.
They use a force op, and go in gm 1. They use a hacking enchantment feature in the client Weepcraft. (I got this from when I asked stee stuffz) I know a way to get wayyyy higher levels, But contact me if you want more.

 

You can't force op on server.

 

Heres 1 thing wrong with your statement.
If players are forcing op on the server.
Why are they only going in GM1?
Hell they could do anything on the server, why is it only Kit PvP that has hacked items.

1st, u get op, Then creative + weepcraft = Hacked items

• They don't know the commands
• They can't unban themselves
• They don't play anything else, Much

No, if you have op you would do more than just hack items in 1 game mode.
You can easily google the commands.
If you are smart enough to force op, you will definitely know the op commands.

Well I can tell you 1 thing I know for sure. Creative + hacked clients = hacked items

 

I know that, how they are getting creative is what we do not know.
They cannot transfer them from the creative game mode, no amount of hacked clients will allow that to happen.
