Microsoft wouldn't own minecraft for long some other company would buy it off them thats what happens when they buy games. Also microsoft may want to change how resource demanding the game is making it so people on non gaming computers are going to have a really hard time playing. and as you said daddy they may change what minecraft runs on and that could really piss some mod developers off. I personally would probably quit minecraft if microsoft. The only good game microsoft has a major role in was halo. then they sold it and the game went down hill. microsoft just isn't dedicated to anything game related. they buy it then sell it.

Microsoft are a good company, they'll do a good job,

Hopefully there'll get rid of this EULA stuff, but I doubt they will.

I hope they don't turn Singeplayer into a internet session like they did with the xbox live stuff.

      What?
How is someone too young ask a simple question like that? I believe you are about his age, maybe younger.
Anyone can ask a question like that, it's not a matter of age. Only some questions require you to be of a certain age. Not ones like this.

Thank you anyways let's get back onto the actual thread "I think it could go both ways depending on what Microsoft feel like doing with Minecraft hopefully they don't turn it into a terrible game it's already dying hopefully they can get back on track"

Microsoft is a very large and rich company. They also make updates faster than mojang and they would put Thousands of dollars into minecraft to benefit it. They know when they make mistakes and they know the consequences. On the other hand, Like @MrParkourGuy Said, The have done an equal amount to unbenifit their products. I have mixed feelings about this.

Microsoft is going to make every damn update cost $10. Those little <edited> are going to make you pay for skins, movement and probably $20 a month as login sessions.

Late reply but if it did change to C++ then coding a hacked client would be 100x easier.
