Hey guys, When I was on creative I got a death book :/.
BUT... I found a way to fix it :D!
one command that ALL players have is /ci.
(This clears your inventory if you did not know)
This is how I did it.

1. To install Macros mod follow this video

Once finished following that video, Go to controls
and scroll all the way down.

2.Than click Macro settings

When you click that, It opens up a Ingame Keyboard.

3.Click any key you like to press to make a macro.

Than go type in /ci or /clearinventory.

4.When you are finished press the "Save" button to the bottom right of the minecraft screen.

5.Ok now since you have your macro done.
Log into creative and press respawn.
QUICKLY press the key that you assigned /clearinventory.

Okay heres another way.
In order for the death book to take affect, You need to right click it.
So whatever hotbar slot you have it in press a number 1-9 (Depending on what slot it is in).
This makes it so you are no longer hold the book.
Be VERY fast :P​
