@ThePLCookie I know you are trying to help, I know that you have been tagged before. But just let the mods handle issues...
I preach to this, while I'm moderating org there are some people that think they can do the job of a moderator themselves. Now, I know people see mini-modding as a good thing that'll get them promoted, but really, it's not helpful. Small example: if someone uses caps/swears in chat, instead of saying "Caps" or "Language," politely send them a message telling them not to do that. It gives off a much better reflection of how you would be as a moderator. There's also a point where mini-modding is taken too far. One instance, someone auctioned an illegal item, and a player said that he would bid on the item, which is a big no-no. Then he proceeded to tell me he can mini-mod to his heart's content, doing whatever he has to do. This, just no. Absolutely not. If you see something illegal happening, do not, under any circumstances, take your own action. Take screenshots and report it to a moderator immediately. Thank you for this thread. I might even make a version of this for Skyblock ;)
I think this should also go to the players online. When there are mods online, don't tell them in /msg "ban him" "kick him" because it can be very annoying to the mods. They know how to do their jobs and they don't need someone telling them how to do it
