Hello everyone!

I am making this thread for you guys to tell me what I can improve on as a staff member. Whether it be how I handle situations, or how fast I answer to questions and such.

Your feedback matters to me, and I am always looking for improvment upon myself. I thought I could ask you guys what you want from me as a staff member.

Just going to put this here, feedback doesn't mean "YOU ARE 10/1000000" feedback means you give him advice he can improve on, not tell him what he is already good at.

Beeflez, you need to start believing in yourself more, you always tell people that you aren't really doing anything, but in truth you are doing more than I ever did. Keep yo head up high bish.

 

That's more of a personal subject.

No seriously I don't see any flaws in your act of moderating other then what MPG said, you tend to put yourself down occasionally :/ dont do that, you are amazing at what you do and one of the best moderators on the team ( no offense to other mods)
Just don't put yourself down and I think you would be great!

Imo, you're doing amazing- I doubt I'd have survived my first day without you!

I've had a history with hacking. I already can do reports pretty easily. 3 months of Moderating helped me with that. Thanks though!

I understand. I do not want to seem like I am coming up with an excuse, but I am currently at my fathers and he doesn't have that good of a PC for Minecraft..

Otherwise, I will try harder to get in-game more often.

I think you do an amazing job!
If I was to suggest one thing that you could improve on tho, it would be your professionalism with players on serious matters. You have a great sense of humor. I just think there's a time and a place for all things.
You have gone beyond all my expectations as a moderator and everyone already knows you are my "go-to" guy. If I need anything done I know I can always count on you.
I love you dearly.
This thread shows your level of maturity and dedication to provide the best service to these players.
I learn so much from you everyday.

Yes... youre a great moderator. I see you... maybe 3 times a week in game. Im just saying that if you are more active (just go on minechat and look for spam, helps the server ALOT.) Then we would all get to know you better and be like "beefy man, you need yo stop being awesome".
