Nope, only way to get more warps is to donate.

You don't really need to make a warp anyway, you can just do ./sethome,

But if you want, you could probably ask a trusted donator and see if they can make a warp for you.

 

Well I have a home... but I also wanted to make a shop... I put it in as a suggestion to be able to buy more

 

You can't do this such thing, but you should.

 

Unfortunately there is no way to buy warps unless you speak to the owner.
