RAM Doesn't run out it gets used by Process's and if there is too many process's it can run out in a sense but if you close out the programs it should "Free" it up.

Ehh.... I don't think it's a RAM problem... I think your processor is slow. Can you tell me what your processor is? Minecraft is mostly a CPU Heavy game. So mostly you don't necessarily need good graphics cards. P.S. - How much RAM do you have?
You can't just go off of, saying it's not bad or good unless you know how good the actual ram is as there is all different type of RAM. Different speeds and such. Anyways, Kenny is that a Laptop or Desktop?
