[prison] add in a donor warp from all the donors

there should be a donor warp for all donors it should have its own mine and shop.

No. Some people dont have the money and privelenge to buy ranks.

They already have kits, commands(especially the heal....).
Why should we have a separate mine.


I think the privelige is for gods and titans

This has been brought up and I will say what I said before. If this were to be implemented this would need to be done so on a reset. Otherwise it would be unfair to all of the donors that had ranked up using the normal mines and normal shop. However, it would be another perk to get more donations for the server.
