I bought a MVP rank on Mineverse, and it lasted for 2/3 weeks... then after that, i didnt play MC for a few days, then my rank is completely gone... i still have my pet to prove that i was actually MVP, but the thing is, i wasnt the only one that lost my rank, a lot of people have lost it too, but some people still have it which is not fair. i waited for my rank to come back, because i thought it would, but nothing changed- its annoying that i dont get what i paid for. please fix this
Do you have any evidence of your rank, could you take a picture of your pet, and take a picture of your prefix now?
i have it after i lost it, but you can ask my friends on MC for proof. but can you just give me a reason why a lot of people are losing their ranks?!
The only way this can be solved is with valid evidence of your MVP purchase. If you do happen to get evidence of you having the rank or your receipt of the purchase then send an email to [email protected] with your proof and they will get to you as soon as possible, are you sure you don't have any of the MVP privileges? It could just be a prefix glitch
Please provide a screenshot of you having the MVP rank. When you receive the evidence, send an email to [email protected] about your issue. Note that when you email the support, it is a requirement to provide evidence.
