3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: We have make a deal from kit pvp with the idea that he would pay me 550 for 97.000 on prison. It turned out he decided not pay me on kit pvp and i gave him a chance with the idea that he would have given me all the money igave him on prison back but he only gave back 62.000. After that he decided not to answer to my messages

I think he should be banned. He never gave you all the money back. Just get a mod to tell him to pay the rest.
